ROAD2H Imperial College visit to CCUB
14.07.2017. Representatives of Imperial College London (Francesca Toni, Francis Ruiz and Kristijonas Čyras) have visited CCUB premises on Thursday, July 13h, 2017, within the implementation of ROAD2H (Resource Optimisation, Argumentation, Decision Suppoprt and Knowledge Transfer to Create Value via Learning Health Systems) project. CCUB was represented by Jovana Vuleta, Branko Marović and Dušan Bugarski.
This project is supported by Global Challenges Research Fund and is aiming with developing of ‘learning health insurance system’ to accelerate countries’ progress towards universal health coverage (UHC).
The project will be conducted during June 2017 – May 2020 (tentative). The objectives of the project will be:
• Phase 1: To review existing health and health insurance information systems and infrastructures in exemplar countries, against the requirements for a learning health insurance system for UHC.
• Phase 2: To development of prototype digital tool (encompassing HTA optimization and clinical pathways) to be embedded into existing health insurance and information systems, as proof-of-concept.
• Phase 3: To evaluate the feasibility and acceptability of the tool among health policy makers, insurance payers and clinicians, and its potential for supporting UHC.
During this meeting our distinguished guests were informed on Serbian healthcare and health information management, while roadmap and expectations from the CCUB team were disussed as well.

2.2.2016. Računarski centar Univerziteta u Beogradu (RCUB) rapisuje konkurs za radno mesto Java Full Stack Developer.
Računarski centar dugoročno radi na razvoju Informacionog sistema univerziteta (ISU) čiji je cilj, sa jedne strane, automatizovano prikupljanje podataka od fakulteta, a sa druge strane razvoj web aplikacija za zaposlene na univerzitetu. ISU je implementiran korišćenjem različitih tehnologija, uključujući relacionu bazu podataka, Java i JavaEE, Web servise, JSF i softverske biblioteke za generisanje izveštaja.
Tražimo kandidate koji imaju iskustva sa ovim ili sličnim tehnologijama ili su spremni da ih nauče.
Opis radnog mesta:
- "Full-stack" razvoj ISU softvera uključujući bazu podataka, srednji sloj, prezentacioni sloj i izveštaje. Implementacija novih i održavanje postojećih funkcionalnosti prema zahtevima korisnika.
- Otklanjanje prijavljenih grešaka od strane korisnika.
- Učenje novih tehnologija, razmena znanja sa kolegama.
- Pisanje tehničkih upustava i snimanje screencast-ova.
- Učestvovanje na Scrum sastancima tima.
Obavezno znanje i veštine:
- diploma nekog od IT fakulteta (ETF, PMF, FTN, FON...), ili uskoro diplomiranje
- dobro poznavanje Jave i koncepata OOP
- dobro poznavanje relacionih baza podataka
- dobro poznavanje engleskog jezika
Prednost će biti data kandidatima koji imaju iskustvo sa:
- JEE tehnologijama (servleti, JSF, JDBC, JPA, web servisi)
- front-end tehnologijama (HTML, CSS, JavaScript...)
- Web servisima
- TDD-om i JUnit-om
- Apache Maven-om
- Apache Tomcat-om
- Linux-om
- agilnim metodologijama razvoja softvera (Scrum)

Danube Rectors' Conference - Belgrade 2014
November 4, 2014. On 6th – 7th of November 2014, the annual meeting of the Danube Rector`s Conference will take place at the University of Belgrade. About 100 guests will participate in the conference, among them numerous rectors and other representatives of almost 70 member universities.
The event will include several presentations and discussions with the primary focus on “Digital Culture – The Synergy between Higher Education and ICT”.
