RCUB helpdesk organizes a 24-hour operator on-call, 7 days a week in order to maintain the permanent operation of the Internet connection and communication services for the faculties of the University of Belgrade, other institutions connected to the RCUB/AMRES, as well as for individual users.

RCUB is a computer center whose primary function is to provide computer and information-communication services to faculties and other institutions members of the University of Belgrade. Besides that, RCUB represents a central communication node of the Academic network of Serbia (AMRES).
