TEMPUS Integratian and Reorganization of Information Systems

The goal of TEMPUS project (JEP-40091-2005) „Integration and Reorganization of Information Systems“ was to transform the autonomous university systems into one integrated system, as a part of the broader higher education reform in Serbia. Aim was to apply EU standards in higher education, as well. This project involved the University of Novi Sad and Niš University, as well as the Technical University in Vienna. RCUB participated as a project coordinator, and the University of Lyon 3 was a grant holder. This project set the foundations of the University Information System, which is still developing and is in use at universities in Serbia. TEMPUS program of the European Union is one of the oldest and most successful programs of the EU cooperation.

Project period: 2006 – 2008.
